Lemon mousse

 

What do you need:


120 grams of butter
9 egg yolks
juice of 2 lemons
juice of 2 limes
12 drops Greensweet liquid stevia Vanilla
2 teaspoons of grated lemon peel
4 proteins
375 ml of whipped cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

This is how you make it:


Melt the butter on a low heat. Save the egg yanks one by one. Remove the pan from the heat. Add the juices and 2 and 3 drops of Greensweet-stevia Vanilla as well as the grated peel, mix all this well, Put it in a cool place.

Beat the egg whites with the remaining Hreensweet stevia and vanilla essence. Spat it through the egg yolk mixture. Put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
