Oatmeal pancake turret

What do you need: for the pancakes:

- 4 tablespoons oatmeal
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- (vegetable) milk (depending on how thick your batter is) or Greek yogurt
- 6 drops of Greensweet liquid stevia Strawberry
- coconut oil

Ingredients for the coulis:
- some twenty (frozen) raspberries
- 6 drops of Greensweet liquid stevia Strawberry

This is how you make it:

Put the oatmeal in a bowl, add the baking powder.
Put the egg in a glass or cup, add the stevia droplets and mix
Now add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients
Add two tablespoons (almond) of milk or Greek yogurt. If the mixture seems too stiff you can add a little milk / yogurt.

Heat some coconut oil in an anti-stick pan and scoop with a tablespoon nice heaps of batter in the pan. Rub open until they have a nice round shape. I put four in one pan. As soon as the pancakes are released, you can easily turn them over.

For the coulis I put deep-frozen raspberries in a bottom of water in a pan. I added six drops of stevia. Finally, heat everything on a moderate fire until you get a sauce.

Dressing is done by putting a pancake on a plate, coffee spoon coulis over it, another pancake and coulis again. I had 4 pancakes in total. Finally I did the rest of the coulis on top of the tower.

With the flavors of the liquid stevia you can vary endlessly. You will also always find the custom garnish. My favorite (slightly calorie-rich) variant is a chocolate version where you add (unsweetened) cocoa powder (1 teaspoon) and liquid stevia with chocolate or caramel (6 drops) instead of the liquid stevia with strawberry to your pancakes and then delicious chocolate sauce there ☺
