Preparation time: 10-20 minutes
What do you need (for 2 people)
For the broth:
1 big garlic clove, bruised
2 red peppers, coarsely chopped
3 cm fresh ginger, peeled and in pieces
1 lime, squeezed
60 ml of light soy sauce (low in salt)
500ml chicken broth (best is self-drawn, but cubes can also)
200 ml of water
1 star anise
2 drops Greensweet liquid stevia Naturel
For the chicken:
2 chicken fillets
This is how you make it:
Broth the boil.
Put in chicken fillets and gas low, DO NOT COOK.
Let simmer for 8 minutes and then switch off the gas. Leave for about 5 minutes and then take out the chicken and serve it.
Tasty with stir-fried Paksoi or steamed vegetables.
Possibly sprinkle with sesame seeds.
