Pure chocolate (vegan and sugar free)

You need this:

This is how you make it:

Let the cocoa butter, cocoa powder and Greensweet melt liquid stevia au bain marie, while you regularly stir well. Chop the cocoa butter into fine pieces, this ensures that the cocoa melts faster. You can use any desired shape. For example, you can make tablets, or chocolates. Tablets can be made by hardening the cocoa mass in a square container. You can then break it into pieces again (see photos) to have delicious flikjes. Allow the chocolate mass in the molds to cool well first, then put in the refrigerator to continue hardening. You can add many tasty flavors, such as vanilla bourbon, ceylon cinnamon powder or cocoa nibs, nuts, seeds and seeds. Be aware that this immediately results in extra nutritional value, and therefore calories + any sugars present.
