cherry pickers
What do you need:
- 50 grams of linseed, whole, finely crushed in a mortar
- 15 grams of chia seeds
- 30 grams sesame seeds
- 125 grams of oatmeal
- 2 heaping tablespoons of Green Sweet Extra Sweet
- 175ml warm water
- Dutch fresh cherries, pitted (if out of season, frozen cherries are also suitable)
This is how you make it:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, line a baking tray with baking paper. Mix all ingredients, except the cherries, in a bowl well and vigorously. Fold a little at a time around a cherry and form a nice ball. Place it on the baking tray. Bake the pickers in the middle of the oven for about 25-30 minutes, keep checking in between. Let cool.
