Autumn muffins

What do you need:

  • 1 pear
  • 1 egg
  • 50 grams of spelled flour
  • 15 grams of whey in the taste of speculaas
  • 100 ml alpro soya yogurt
  • 10 grams of cranberries
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tb baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 el greensweet brown

This is how you make it:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Weigh all ingredients and put them together in a dish
  3. Divide the batter into 6 molds, this time I used square silicone molds. This I bought at the Xenos.
  4. Put the autumn muffins in the oven for about 15-20 minutes

The muffins are very tasty both hot and cold!
