ball 8.jpg

What do you need: (for 4 people, 11 points per person)

16 small meatballs minced (recipe of minced meat added under this recipe)
45 grams Calvé peanut butter
15 grams of sambal oelek
1 small onion (chopped)
3 cloves of garlic (crushed and chopped)
50 ml of soy sauce
20 ml white wine vinegar
2.5 grams of cumin powder (djinten)
2.5 grams of coriander powder (ketoembar)
2.5 grams of laos powder
2.5 grams of ginger powder
200 ml of water
20 grams Greensweet Stevia Brown 0 points!)
30 ml coconut milk light

This is how you make it:

Fry the onion with sambal and the Greensweet Stevia Brown in a little water (yes, no butter or oil but water!).
(if it goes too fast, add some water and keep stirring, do not add any butter or oil!)
When the onions are soft, add the garlic, coriander powder, cumin powder, laos and the ginger powder and stir them.

Add the water, the white wine vinegar and the soy sauce, stir together and bring to the boil.

Let it simmer for a few minutes.

Add the peanut butter and the coconut milk, bring to a boil and add the meatballs.

Let simmer gently for 5 minutes with occasional stirring.

Enjoy your meal!

This time I ate it with 100 grams of fresh fries from the airfryer 4 points), Bonduelle red kidney beans 0 points) and some mixed salad 0 points). Total dish was thus 15 points.

Meatballs from the airfryer a la Sandra (own recipe)

What do you need: (this is for 12 balls of 100 grams and 5 points per ball or 30 small balls of 40 grams each and 2 points per ball)

800 grams of lean ground beef
100 grams of bacon (small cut)
1 small red onion (smallly chopped)
1 shallot) finely chopped)
3 cloves of garlic (crushed and chopped)
1 egg (loose beaten)
50 grams of grated cheese
1 tablespoon of sambal oelek
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon of paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 small teaspoon of salt
14 Tuc original (ground as breadcrumbs)
14 Tuc peppers (ground as breadcrumbs)

This is how you make it:

Grind the Tuc finely with a hand blender or food processor.
Put the minced meat in a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Make balls of it (I have 12 balls of 100 grams per piece of this amount can run.If you want to make this amount of small meatballs, you get about 30, which are then 2 points each)
Preheat the airfryer to 200 degrees. Prepare the balls with the anti-splash lid for 9 minutes at 200 degrees and then for another 9 minutes at 180 degrees. I do not change them in the meantime.

The small balls: 10 minutes with splash lid at 180 degrees in the preheated airfryer.

Enjoy your meal!
