What do you need: (as I have exactly made it): (4 people, 6 points per person)
1 kilo of hammocks
2 large onions (small chopped)
4 cloves of garlic (crushed and minced very small)
1 red pepper (desiccated and small cut)
1 tablespoon of sambal badjak
1 tablespoon of sambal oelek
1 tablespoon of ginger syrup
1.5 tablespoon red wine vinegar
30 ml of soy sauce
30 ml sweet soy sauce
1 teaspoon clove powder
1 or 2 star anise (just leave it whole)
1 teaspoon of Chinese 5 herbs powder
1.5 tsp ground coriander (ketoembar)
1 teaspoon lemongrass (sereh powder)
1 teaspoon of trassi pasta
30 grams Greensweet Stevia Brown
2 small maggi cubes (the old-fashioned in the red / yellow packaging, crumbled)
sea salt and black pepper from the mill (to taste)

This is how you make it:

Sprinkle the ham slices with salt and pepper.
Put all the ingredients in the slow cooker and mix.
Put the hamlaps in and mix well.
Lid on it and 8.5 hours on low.
After 8 hours remove the meat from the pan (let the liquid sit) and pull the meat apart with two forks. If all goes well, you do not have to make any effort, the meat falls apart.
Put the meat back in the slow cooker where it still contains moisture and stir well.
Leave it for half an hour on low with lid on the pan.
Enjoy your meal! Made in a 3.5 liter Russel & Hobbs slow cooker.

I ate the oriental pulled pork with Spicy Beans with Coconut (2 points), 100 grams of fresh fries from the Airfryer (4 points) and 2 tablespoons of French fries sauce 5% from Remia (1 point). If you want to eat this meal in this way, it is 13 points per person for the indicated quantities.

ATTENTION, IF YOU MAKE IT IN THE OVEN OR ON THE FIRE YOU MUST ADD MUCH MORE MOISTURE. IN A SLOW COOKER, MOISTURE DOES NOT EVAPORATE ON THE FIRE AND IN THE OVEN.

Spicy green beans with coconut

What do you need: (for 2 people, 2 points per person)

400 grams of green beans
2 red onions (chopped)
2 tomatoes (diced)
1 red pepper (small cut)
3 cloves of garlic (small chopped)
1.5 tsp sambal badjak
1 teaspoon of lemongrass

1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
5 grams of coconut grater
1 small maggi cube (crumbled, the old-fashioned out of the yellow red packaging)
1/2 cup of water

This is how you make it:

Put everything washed, cut and pasted ready (I find that handy to do, so you cook easily and conveniently)
Fry the onion and pepper in the sesame oil for a while.
Add the tomato and the garlic and stir-fry for a few minutes.
Add the green beans and add all the ingredients, except the coconut grater and lemon juice!
Put the lid on the pan and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Then add the lemon juice and coconut grater and stir together.
Enjoy your meal !
