Spicy seafood on toasted bread a la Sandra

What do you need: (for 2 people, 5 points per person)

4 slices of bread (roasting)
400 grams of cooked mussels (frozen)
100 grams of squid rings (raw, frozen)
150 grams of cocktail shrimp (frozen)
25 grams of rocket (small cut)
2 roma tomatoes (small cut)
1 red onion (small cut)
1 red pepper (small cut)
4 cloves of garlic (crushed and chopped)
10 grams of curry powder
7.5 grams of smoked paprika
10 grams of sambal oelek
15 grams (1 tablespoon) tomato paste
15 grams (1 tablespoon) Greensweet Stevia Brown
squeezed lime juice
15 ml (1 tablespoon) of light liquid
possibly pepper and salt from the mill (to taste)

This is how you make it:

Fry the onion, red pepper, garlic and tomato in the cell for about 3 minutes.

Add the tomato puree, sambal oelek and Greensweet Stevia Brown and stir fry briefly.

Add all the fish and stir fry for 4 minutes on high heat.

Add the lime juice, the curry powder and smoked paprika and stir fry 2 minutes on high heat. Taste and add pepper and / or salt to taste.

Turn off the heat and mix in the sliced ​​rocket.

Roast the slices of bread and top with the mixture.

(ATTENTION, IS BEST PITTIG, if you do not like it, leave the sambal and the red pepper and halve the smoked paprika)
