Taco shells with tartar and beans a la Sandra

What do you need: (For 4 people, 10 points per person)

300 grams of tartare (raw)
8 taco shells
100 grams of sliced ​​iceberg lettuce
200 grams of bacon spreads (small cut, van Appie, which is the least points)
1 onion (chopped)
2 cloves of garlic (crushed and chopped)
1 red pepper (desiccated and small cut)
1 can (300 grams) Bonduelle Corn Salsa
1 can (300 grams) Bonduelle black beans
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 bag of Taco seasoning mix
2 tomatoes (cut into segments)
1 tablespoon Greensweet Stevia Brown
80 grams of Eatlean protein cheese (self-racked)
8 tablespoons Doritos hot salsa sauce
2 teaspoons of Becel light

This is how you make it:

Fry the onion, pepper, garlic and bacon for about 3 minutes on high heat in the Becel.
Add the tomato paste and Greensweet Stevia Brown and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add the tartare and loose with a fork.
Then add the water, the taco herbs, the black beans and the corn salsa and let it stir in a minute or 5, stirring now and then.
With the tacos I did not do anything special, not preheated but out of the package on a plate. The iceberg lettuce, tomato, salsa sauce and grated cheese and feast. Two pieces per person.
