Muffins with apple

What do you need:

300 grams of flour

2.5 tl baking powder

100 grams Greensweet Brown

100 ml of neutral oil (I used peanut oil)

150 ml of milk

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

2 eggs

1 apple (goldfish)

1 tablespoon Greensweet Brown

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Lemon juice

Snuff salt

This is how you make it:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Peel one large apple with a good bite and cut into small cubes. Put the cubes in a container and mix a tablespoon of Greensweet Brown , a teaspoon of cinnamon and a little lemon juice. Allow this to be withdrawn.

Sift the flour over a mixing bowl. Add the Greensweet Brown, the baking powder and the pinch of salt and mix for a moment. Beat the eggs briefly in another bowl and add the milk, vanilla flavor and oil, until mixed. Add this mixture to the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix this shortly with a ladle, it is not bad when there are a few lumps in the dough. The molds can be filled! If you use silicone molds, you should grease them. Sprinkle them with a little Greensweet Brown , so you get a delicious crunchy top!

The muffins should be baked in the oven for about 20 - 22 minutes in a golden brown.
