Crunchy Granola

What do you need:

  • 40 grams of Greensweet erythritol
  • 180 grams of coarse oat flakes
  • 20 grams of linseed
  • 40 grams of currants
  • Herbs according to my wishes I used cinnamon and cinnamon spices this time
  • water

Of course you can stop what you like, such as nuts, seeds, pieces of cocoa nibs, dried fruit or cocoa.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and coat a baking sheet with parchment paper. Put the erythritol with 2 tablespoons of water in a saucepan and place on low heat. Make sure the erythritol completely dissolves in the water. Put all other ingredients in a bowl and pour over your mixture. Mix this well together and then spread it over the baking tin.

Do this first for 8 minutes in the oven and then scoop it once. Then for 5 minutes in the oven and scoop it again. Finally, another 5 minutes in the oven and your crunchy granola is ready.
