Low-carbohydrate vanilla cake

 

What do you need:

- 160 grams of almond flour

- 4 eggs

- 100 grams of monchou

- 60 grams of butter

- 6 tablespoons of Greensweet Erythritol

- 1 teaspoon of baking powder

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavor

 

This is how you make it:

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and make sure that the butter and monchou are soft. Mix the Greensweet erythritol, butter, and vanilla flavor into a smooth mixture and then add the eggs 1 for 1. Mix the almond flour and baking powder in a separate dish and add this to the batter. Mix everything well to create a smooth batter and pour into the baking tin. 45 minutes in the oven.
