German curry with herb sauerkraut and granny's from the airfryer

What do you need: (For two people, 14 points per person)

300 grams chicken bratwurst or veal sugar (the same number in points)
1 onion (chopped)
100 ml Remia tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons of Greensweet Erythritol
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of chili powder
3/4 tablespoon curry powder
spicy herbal sauerkraut (amount to taste, is 0 points)
200 grams Aviko's grandmother's smulfrites from the airfryer
100 ml of water
2 teaspoons becel light
possibly 4 tablespoons of remia fritesauce 5% (2 per person, then 1 point per person will be added !!!!!!)

This is how you make it:


Make the fries in the airfryer according to the packaging.
The sauerkraut you eat raw, quantity to taste.
Roast the chicken sausage without oil or fat in a grill pan for 10 minutes.
Fry the onion in the Becel and add the tomato paste and stir well.
Add 100 ml water and the balsamic vinegar, tomato ketchup and the Greensweet Erythritol sugar and mix well. Let it simmer for a few minutes on a low heat.
In the meantime, cut the sausages into pieces and add.
Finish with the soy sauce, chilli powder and curry (according to taste).
Enjoy your meal!
