Wet Cows-cottage cheese cake

What do you need:

  • 500 grams of low-fat quark
  • 75 grams of oatmeal (grinding oatmeal)
  • 100 grams of protein
  • 20 grams of chocolate whey
  • 20 grams of vanilla whey
  • 20 grams of cocoa
  • 5 grams of baking powder
  • 25 grams Greensweet erythritol
  • vanilla extract

Do not you have whey? Replace the chocolate whey with oatmeal and an extra spoon of cocoa and mix the vanilla whey with oatmeal with vanilla extract.

Preparation

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Mix the curd cheese, oatmeal, baking powder and the greensweet erythritol in a bowl and the proteins in a bowl. Then divide this mixture over two bowls. In one bowl you add the cocoa and the chocolate whey and in the other the vanilla whey with vanilla extract. Mix this well together.

Then it's time to put the batter in the baking tin. In which order you want it does not matter. I started the chocolate mixture myself and then the vanilla mixture. Then for the decoration some dots made with the chocolate mixture to make it more a "cow cake".

Then moth the cake for about 60-70 minutes in the oven. When it is ready, take out the cake and let the cake cool down in the baking tin. The cake drops something, but it tastes just as good.
