It is important that you use special corn maize. You can buy these in the organic store, where the corn is 100% GMO free. Peanut maize can also be bought at the supermarket, but these are not GMO free.

Put the oil in a fireproof bowl and put in the elevator. Turn the fryer on 200 degrees and 2 minutes. Beware: the oil is hot! Put the corn in a bowl and pour the oil over it, hussel. Cover the lift bin with a sheet of parchment paper, Note: just cover the bottom! If you are going to cover the whole cooking lift, the corn kernels will not open properly. If it does not work at all, leave the baking paper out. Put the corn in the elevator and set the fryer to 200 degrees, and 10 minutes. Stay there, you have to hear the corn pop. Do not worry: the corn pops open but rarely touches the heating element. Always check every 4/5 minutes and take out the popcorn. Continue until all corn has turned into popcorn. Do you want sweet popcorn? Sprinkle the popcorn with stevia. If you want salty popcorn, do the same but with Celtic sea salt! Lets eat!
