What do you need:
400 grams of oatmeal
a large mashed banana
10 grams of tartar baking powder
100 grams of carob powder
For the topping:
50 grams of carob powder
finely chopped hazelnuts
This is how you make it:
Preheat the oven to 170 • C, cover a medium-sized square baking dish with baking paper.
Stir all the ingredients together in a bowl while adding a little milk, until the mass is well-smoothed. Pour the mass into the dish and divide.
Bake in the middle of the oven in about 35-40 minutes, keep checking in the meantime. Let cool.
Make a firm glaze, by stirring the carob and Greensweet Extra Sweet with small amounts of milk. Cut or shape the cakes from the slice. Spread the glaze on the cakes and sprinkle with the chopped hazelnuts.
