Banana spinach cake (vegan) .jpg


You need this:

For the topping:

  • 2 bananas
  • Ceylon cinnamon powder

This is how you make it:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, grease a small square cake tin with coconut oil and cover with baking paper. Puree all ingredients for the cake in the food processor to a fine mass. Pour into the can and divide. Puree the two bananas in the food processor and spread the puree over the batter in the can. Sprinkle with cinnamon powder. Bake the cake in the middle of the oven until about 40 minutes, keep checking. Allow to cool.
