Biodynamic butter cake (gluten free)
You need this:
- 250 grams of biodynamic butter brought to room temperature
- three big tablespoons greensweet-stevia Extra Sweet
- half a teaspoon vanilla bourbon
- 400 grams of oatmeal flour
- hot water
This is how you make it:
Preheat the oven to 185 degrees. Grease a round (preferably butter cake) shape with cream butter. Knead all ingredients together in a bowl and add a tiny amount of water to make the mass more firm. Be careful not to add too much, it has to be a firm dough ball. Express the dough with your palms in the shape and form a nice flat cake.
If you wish, you can make a nice checkered pattern in the cake by tracing stripes in the dough with a knife. Bake the butter cake in the center of the oven until about 45 minutes. Then let the cake cool off for a long time, it must be hard.
Delicious with a layer of greensweet-stevia ICING icing sugar!
