BLUEBERRY COCONUT CAKE

 

Make it with the following ingredients:

  • 100 grams of spelled flour
  • 230 grams of coconut flour
  • 1.5 teaspoon baking powder (tartar)
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 14 grams of melted butter or coconut oil
  • 3 large proteins (from organic eggs)
  • Little bit of pure vanilla powder or extract
  • 3 tablespoons of Greensweet extra sweet
  • 180 grams of Greek Yoghurt (vegetable can also be used)
  • 270 ml (vegetable) milk (I used almond milk myself)
  • 1 cup or package of blueberries (I took a package from the freezer at the AH)

    Preparation method:

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees;
  • Put the blueberries aside or let them thaw;
  • Put all dry ingredients together and stir well together;
  • Then put all the wet ingredients together and stir well together;
  • Then do the wet ingredients slowly at the dry and stir this firmly together;
  • Then put the blueberries through and knead it a little well together;
  • Put it in a greased cake tin and divide the whole well and evenly;
  • Then do it for about 50 minutes in the oven and let the delicious cake cool down before you take it out;
  • Remove the cake after 10-15 min and enjoy!
  • Enjoy your meal!
