Cherry pickers
What do you need:
- 50 grams flaxseed, very, finely jacked in the mortar
- 15 grams of chia seed
- 30 grams of sesame seeds
- 125 grams of oatmeal
- 2 big tablespoons greensweet extra sweet
- 175 ml of warm water
- Dutch fresh cherries, pitted (if outside the season, frozen cherries are also suitable)
This is how you make it:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, cover a baking tray with baking paper. Stir all ingredients, except the cherries, into a bowl well and firmly together. Fold a bit of the mixture around a cherry and turn it into a nice ball. Place this on the baking sheet. Bake the pickers in the middle of the oven until about 25-30 minutes, keep checking. Allow to cool.
