Chocolate mousse (Vegan, without avocado and banana)
In this recipe I made aqua faba myself. For this I used the cooking fluid from chickpeas. This is made very easy by rinsing the soaked chickpeas and refilling the pan with water and cooking for about an hour. Replenish the evaporated cooking liquid with a little water, so that you have enough cooking liquid left over. )
What do you need: This recipe is good for two good dessert glass chocolate mousse.
- 450 ml aqua faba (see explanation above)
- 20 grams of Johannes bread gum
- 3 large tablespoons of organic skimmed cocoa powder
- 2 large tablespoon s greensweet extra sweet
- cocoa nibs
That's how you make it:
Put all the ingredients in a grease-free bowl. Beat the mass until everything has changed into a mousse. Spread over two glasses, and sprinkle with the cocoa nibs.
Of course you can dress up the mousse with many more goodies. Think of:
- coconut grater
- coconut chips
- almond shavings
- goji berries and raisins
- ceylon cinnamon
- vanilla bourbon
Keep the mousse in the refrigerator.
