Christmas wreath
You need this:
- 450 grams of oatmeal flour (grinding oatmeal in the blender into flour)
- a fresh egg
- two big tablespoons greensweet Extra Sweet
- 10 drops of greensweet liquid stevia chocolate
- hot water
- five big tablespoons of pure coconut oil, melted
For the garnish:
- blonde mulberries
- cocoa beans
- coconut grater
- chopped nuts
- kasha
This is how you make it:
Preheat the oven to 185 degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add small amounts of water until the mass has become firm and smooth. Pour the mass onto the baking tray and form a wreath with moistened hands. Make a hole in the middle and finish everything outside to a round wreath. Garnish with all the garnishments. I started with coconut grater, then the chopped nuts, then the mulberries, then the kasha and finally the cocoa nibs, but you can keep any other order that you want. Fry the wreath in the middle of the oven until about 45 minutes, keep checking. Let it cool down. Of course you can use a whole lot of other garnishes! For example, goji berries, coconut chips, and many other healthy grains, seeds, seeds and nuts!
