Crunchy Hazelnut chocolate paste
You need this: (for a small pot)
- 40 grams of hazelnuts
- three tablespoons greensweet-stevia extra sweet or 15 drops greensweet stevia chocolate drops
- three big tablespoons of raw cocoa powder
- two big shoots of avocado oil
- two tablespoons of water
This is how you make it:
Put all the ingredients in a blender or blender with a large capacity and grind the mass as finely and crunchy as you wish. Spoon into a clean glass jar and store in a cool dark place. You can also use the pasta as a filling or topping in cake, pastry and cake!
Tip: stir a spoon with yogurt or cottage cheese!
