Crunchy hazelnut chocolate spread
This is what you need: (for a small jar)
- 40 grams of hazelnuts
- three tablespoons of greensweet extra sweet or 15 drops of greensweet liquid stevia chocolate
- three heaping tablespoons of raw cocoa powder
- two generous splashes of avocado oil
- two tablespoons of water
This is how you make it:
Put all ingredients in a blender or stick blender with a high power and grind the mass as fine and crunchy as you wish.
Transfer to a clean glass jar and store in a cool, dark place.
You can also use the paste as a filling or topping in pies, pastries and cakes!
Tip: stir a spoon through yogurt or quark!
