What do you need:

  • 300 grams of organic oatmeal (dry)
  • 100 grams of brown teff flour (almond flour or hazelnut flour can also)
  • 15 grams (tartar) baking powder
  • two large tablespoons of gingerbread spices (organic store)
  • two tablespoons greensweet extra sweet
  • 250 ml of oats or almonds or other milk replacements
  • a cup of raisins, soaked and drained
  • a cup of blond mulberries, soaked and drained
  • a cup of goj berries. soaked and drained

For the topping:

  • two bananas are grossly practiced
  • ceylon cinnamon powder + a teaspoon vanilla bourbon

This is how you make it:

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Line a small baking tray with baking paper. Stir all the ingredients for the solid into a solid, homogeneous mass. Pour on the baking sheet and form a nice round shaped stol of it. Spread the roughly mashed banana over the stollen and sprinkle generously with ceylon cinnamon powder and a little vanilla bourbon. Bake the stew in the middle of the oven until about 35-45 minutes, keep checking thoroughly. Let it cool down. You can add a lot of extra goodies to the batter, such as nuts, seeds, seeds, coconut grater / chips and almond shavings.
