'' Delicious with the Greensweet icing sugar and Syrup Gold as
topping Greensweet-stevia! ''


Preparation time: 15 minutes

What do you need: for 1 person:

For the topping:

- Greensweet Icing
-Greensweet Syrup Gold

For the French toast:

- 1 teaspoon of Greensweet extra sweet
-50 ml of skimmed milk
-2x protein of an egg '
-1 teaspoon of cinnamon
-1 teaspoon of biscuit and speculaas spices
-1 tbsp olive oil
-2 whole wheat sandwiches
-1 ripe banana

This is how you make it:

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
Mix the milk, the protein of the eggs in a deep plate until smooth.

Heat the tablespoon of oil in the frying pan. Meanwhile cut the ripe banana into slices and sprinkle with cinnamon. Then grab a baking sheet with parchment paper and put the slices of banana with cinnamon on top.
Place the banana slices with cinnamon for approx. 10 minutes in the oven.

Now we can get started with the 'French toast'. First, get the whole-wheat sandwiches on both sides through the whole of the milk and eggs. When the frying pan is warm, fry the 'French toast' on low heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown on both sides. Sprinkle the sandwiches with cinnamon, gingerbread spices and the Greensweet extra sweet. When the 'French toast' is golden brown, remove it from the pan and cut it in half. Remove the banana slices from the oven and top off the 'French toast' with the banana and your favorite toppings!
