Fruit rolls (airfryer)
You can buy rice sheets in different sizes. The most common sizes are a large and a small size. You need the small size for these fruit rolls. You can fill the sheets with whatever you wish. Sweet or savory. These fruit rolls are delicious, healthy sweet treats. They contain a filling of various types of fruit and oatmeal. You can use any desired piece of fruit or more. You can also use frozen fruit, let it thaw for a while.
You need this:
- a packet of small rice skins
- 100 grams of strawberries
- a papaya, cut into pieces
- 100 grams of blueberries
- an apple, cut into small pieces
- 250 grams of oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon of Greensweet Extra Sweet
To besmear for a nice golden brown crust:
- two whipped eggs
This is how you make it:
Puree all fruit, oatmeal and greensweet extra sweet in the blender to a firm mass. Do not make it too fluid. It is best to use a clean tea towel as a surface for rolling. Prepare a bowl of hot water. Always let a rice skin soften in the water. Spread the sheet on the cloth and place some of the fruit filling, roll up and generously pass through the egg mixture.
Line the baking lift with a piece of parchment paper (do not need it) Turn the temperature to 180 degrees and fry the rolls until golden brown in about 11 minutes. Keep checking in the meantime.
