Fruit rolls from the air fryer
You can buy rice sheets in different sizes. The most common sizes are a large and a small size. You need the small size for these fruit rolls. So you can fill the sheets with whatever you want. Sweet or savory. These fruit rolls are delicious, healthy sweet treats. They contain a filling of various fruits and oatmeal. You can use any piece of fruit or more. You can also use frozen fruit, just let it thaw for a while.
You need this:
- a packet of small rice sheets
- 100 grams of strawberries
- a papaya, cut into pieces
- 100 grams blueberries
- an apple, cut into small pieces
- 250 grams of oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon Greensweet Extra Sweet
To spread for a nice golden brown crust:
- two beaten eggs
This is how you make it:
Puree all fruit, oatmeal and greensweet extra sweet in the blender until firm.
Don't make it too liquid. It is best to use a clean tea towel as a surface for rolling. Prepare a bowl of warm water.
Let a rice sheet in the water become soft. Spread the sheet on the cloth and put some of the fruit filling on top, roll up and coat generously with the egg mixture.
Line the baking lift with a piece of baking paper (not necessary). Set the temperature to 180 degrees and bake the rolls in about 11 minutes until golden brown. Keep checking in the meantime.
