Fruit yelly's (vegan)
You need this:
- 3 grams of Agar Agar
- 2 large tablespoons of Greensweet Extra Sweet
- 200-250 grams of fresh fruit (I used freshly picked blackberries)
- 225 ml of water
This is how you make it:
Puree everything in the blender until smooth. Throw in a pan and bring to the boil while stirring. Line a square baking dish with baking paper. Pour the hot mass on it and distribute. Allow to cool. Then put in the refrigerator to stiffen (preferably 24 hours) Cut them into cubes. Keep them in the refrigerator
