For the chocolate layer:

  • 250 grams of organic cocoa butter
  • 2 tablespoons of organic skimmed cocoa powder
  • a tablespoon greensweet extra sweet

This is how you make them:

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Stir the greensweet extra sweet through the oatmeal and add water until the mass has become firm. Pour out on the baking sheet and spread as thin as possible. Bake the slice in the middle of the oven until about 40 minutes. Allow to cool

Cut the slice into long strips and cut them into equal pieces. Stir the cocoa powder and the greensweet extra sweet well together and add some water until the mass has turned into a thick glaze. Always gripe part of a slab, and press another part on it.

Let the cocoa butter melt au-bain-marie. Stir in the cocoa and the greensweet extra sweet. Use a small square dish or plate. Put the pieces in the bowl and pour in the cocoa mass. Make sure that the pieces are submerged in the chocolate. Let this harden for about 3 hours. If it is cold outside you can put this scale outside, then everything is so hard.

Carefully remove the mass from the dish and cut the pieces into blocks.
