Oat Fruit muffins

Delicious and crackling healthy snack!
This recipe requires a week-long advance for the oatmeal. Put the 250 grams of oatmeal together with 200 ml of water and three tablespoons of Greensweet-stevia crystal sweet for 24 hours. It can also be shorter: 4-8 hours. After the week, the oats are ready for use.

You need this:

  • 250 grams of oatmeal
  • 3 tablespoons of Greensweet extra sweet
  • 150 grams of sunflower seeds
  • one and a half tablespoon tartar baking powder
  • 2 apples, washed and left in the peel
  • 2 pears, washed and left in the peel
  • 1 banana

This is how you make it:

Preheat the oven to 185 degrees, prepare a muffin tray. Cut square pieces from a sheet of parchment paper. In the food processor, grind an apple, a pear, the banana, sunflower seeds, greensweet extra sweet and the baking powder to a smooth mass. Stir this through the oatmeal. Cut the apple and pear into small pieces and mix them through the batter. Always press a piece of paper into a mold and scoop it up. Bake the muffins in the middle of the oven until about 45 minutes, keep checking in the middle. Allow to cool.
