Oatmeal Egg Cakes.jpg

You need this:

6 egg yolks

2 heaping tablespoons of Greensweet Extra Sweet

250 grams oat flour (grind oats in a blender)

225ml water

10 grams of tartar baking powder

 

This is how you make it:

Preheat the oven to 185 degrees, line a baking tray with baking paper. Stir all ingredients in a bowl until smooth, if the mass is too dry, add more water.

Place mounds on the baking sheet. Leave space between the cakes, as they will rise.

Bake the cakes in the middle of the oven for about 25-30 minutes, keep checking in between. Let them cool.
