Oatmeal Egg Cakes

You need this:

6 egg yolks

2 large tablespoons of Greensweet Extra Sweet

250 grams Oatmeal flour (grinding oatmeal in the blender)

225 ml of water

10 grams of tartar baking powder

 

This is how you make it:

Preheat the oven to 185 degrees, cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Stir all the ingredients in a bowl to a smooth mass, keep the mass dry and add more water. Scoop the mountains on the baking sheet. Keep space between the cakes, because they rise. Bake the cakes in the middle of the oven until about 25-30 minutes, keep checking. Let them cool.
