Peanut butter ice bonbons
What do you need:
(for about six ice bonbons)
- 200 grams (preferably homemade) peanut butter (if not self-made, make sure that the peanut butter consists only of peanuts)
- 2 tablespoons Greensweet Extra Sweet
- half banana, pureed
- 1 full coffee cup of puffed buckwheat or Quinoa
Extra needed:
paper baking tins
This is how you make them:
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.
Fill the molds with the mixture and allow to harden for at least 3-4 hours in the freezer.
Keep them in the freezer and remove them after freezing for 24 hours, about 10 minutes in advance from the freezer for consumption.
