Peanut butter ice cream bonbons
What do you need: (for about six ice cream bonbons)
- 200 grams (preferably homemade) peanut butter (if not made yourself, make sure that the peanut butter consists only of peanuts)
- 2 tablespoons Greensweet Extra Sweet
- half banana, mashed
- 1 full coffee cup of puffed buckwheat or quinoa
- paper baking tins
This is how you make them:
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.
Fill the molds with the mixture and let it harden in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours.
Store them in the freezer and after freezing for 24 hours, take them out of the freezer about 10 minutes before consuming.
