Pear Cake

You need this:

  • 3 hand pears, washed and left in the peel, in pieces (remove hard cores) 2 pears cut into small pieces
  • one and a half tablespoon of Fiberfin or psyllium
  • 100 grams of flaxseed
  • 20 grams of hemp seed
  • 10 grams of chia seed
  • 10 grams of sesame seeds
  • two tablespoons of Greensweet Extra Sweet
  • a tablespoon of tartar baking powder
  • a cup of coconut grater
  • three tablespoons of ghee or coconut oil
  • 200 grams of sunflower seeds
  • a pinch of ceylon cinnamon powder


This is how you make it:


Preheat the oven to 175 degrees, grease a small cake tin with coconut oil, covered with baking paper. Puree everything, except the two pear cut into pieces, in the food processor to a fine mass. Fold the pieces of pear through. Pour the mass into the form and divide. Bake the cake in the middle of the oven until about 45-50 minutes, keep checking thoroughly. Allow to cool.
