Rhubarb compote á la Hilde
What do you need:
500 grams of organic rhubarb
juice of half organic lemon
1 a 2 el Greensweet Extra Sweet
This is how you make it:
Cut rhubarb into pieces and cook for 10 minutes in a layer of water with added juice of half a lemon.
After cooling, add 1 or 2 tbsp Greensweet extra sweet.
