What do you need:
- 500 grams of oatmeal
- 2 heaping tablespoons of greensweet extra sweet
- hot water
For the filling:
- 100 grams of organic skimmed cocoa powder
- a tablespoon of l greensweet extra sweet
- hot water
For the chocolate layer:
- 250 grams of organic cocoa butter
- 2 tablespoons organic low-fat cocoa powder
- a tablespoon of greensweet extra sweet
This is how you make them:
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Stir the greensweet extra sweet into the oatmeal and add water until the mass has become firm. Pour out onto the baking tray and spread it as thinly as possible. Bake the slice in the middle of the oven for about 40 minutes. Let cool
Cut the slice into long strips and cut into equal pieces. Stir the cocoa powder and the greensweet extra sweet together well and add little water until the mass has turned into a thick glaze. Spread one part at a time, and press another part on top of it.
Melt the cocoa butter in a bain-marie. Stir in the cocoa and greensweet extra sweet. Use a small square bowl or plate. Place the pieces in the dish and now pour in the cocoa mass.
Make sure the pieces are dipped in the chocolate. Let it harden for about 3 hours. If it is cold outside you can put this bowl outside for a while, then everything is so hard.
Carefully remove the mass from the dish and cut the pieces into cubes.
