"A traditional dish that our father, Alex, liked to prepare on his free Saturday. With the addition of Greensweet Stevia, my sister, Maud Brands, has prepared a healthier version that fits in a healthy lifestyle! "

What do you need for 1 person:

-200 grams of hachee meat

-100 grams of white onion

-3 pieces of bay leaf

-4 pieces of cloves

-70 grams of carrot

-Sketch Greensweet Extra Sweet

-Half liter of water

-Bundle broth (1 tablet)

-Olive oil

-Ball binder 5/10 grams


This is how you make it:

Cut the white onions and carrot into small pieces. Boil half a liter of water and add a tablet of beef broth. Fry the stewed meat for five minutes on a high heat. Fry the onions and carrot in a separate pan, so that they are well cooked. Then add them to the pan with the meat. Then the half liter of broth is added to the meat and vegetables. The bay leaves, clove and a scoop of Greensweet Extra Sweet (amount to your liking) are finally added.

TIP: Put the cloves in a piece of carrot, so you can find them more easily!

Let this simmer for 3 to 4 hours on low heat. When it has simmered for a few hours, the meat falls apart. As last you add a bit of allbinder to make it a bit firmer.
