Sugar-free condensed milk

what do you need?


500 ml of whipped cream
50 grams of butter
5 grams Greensweet-stevia Extra Sweet

This is how you make it:


Put everything in a saucepan, and bring it to the boil while stirring.
let it reduce for 1/3, this takes 25 to 30 minutes.
Pay attention in between, because if the whipped cream is boiling, it can start foaming immensely, then lower the heat. So it is not bad if you heat the mixture several times on medium heat.
As soon as the whipped cream is boiled enough, you turn off the heat and let it cool down (between stirring).
Then transfer it to a glass jar and store in the refrigerator.

It can be kept in the fridge for a week on average.
