what do you need?

- 500 ml whipped cream
- 50 grams of butter
- 5 grams of Greensweet stevia Extra Sweet

This is how you make it:

Place everything in a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring.
let it reduce by 1/3, this will take 25 to 30 minutes.

Pay attention in between, because when the whipped cream boils it can foam enormously, lower the heat. So it is not a problem if you heat the mixture several times over medium heat.
Once the whipping cream has thickened enough, turn off the heat and let it cool down (stirring in between).

Then pour it into a glass jar and keep it in the fridge.

It can be kept in the fridge for an average of a week.
