Turkish bread

What do you need: (for two Turkish loaves)

For the dough:

450 gram buckwheat flour or spelled flour
245 grams of lukewarm water
10 grams of sunflower oil (or another neutral oil)
7 grams of dry yeast
9 grams of salt
5 grams of Greensweet Extra Sweet

To cover:

2 tablespoons yogurt
sesame and / or nigella seed

Mix the flour with the yeast, Greensweet X-tra Sweet and the lukewarm water. Stir well and then add the oil and salt. Knead this in 10 minutes to a soft and supple dough.
Form a ball of the dough and place it in a lightly oiled bowl: turn the ball around so that all the dough is covered with some oil.
Cover the bowl I use plastic foil myself and let it rise for one and a half hour

Then tear the ball in two and make 2 flat slices of them with the yoghurt and sprinkle with sesame seeds
230 degrees in the oven for 10 minutes and done.
