Vegan Banquet Bar (gluten / lactose / sugar free)

You need this:

For the rod:

For the food filling:

Keep the other half of the banana in front of the topping.

This is how you make it:

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Grind the oatmeal, sunflower seeds and psyllium into flour in the food processor or blender. Stir in the banana and stevia and add a small amount of water until a firm homogeneous mass is formed. Halve the dough. Put one half on the baking sheet and form an elongated bottom. Mix the half banana and stevia through the almond flour and knead into a food. Divide the food over the bottom of the bar onto the baking tray. Fold the rod "close" with the other half of the dough and form a nice elongated bar with moist hands. Puree the half banana with a little water and spread the bar generously with this mixture. Bake the bar in the middle of the oven until about 40-45 minutes, keep checking. The rod should discolour beautiful golden brown.

You can leave the rod "natural". And before use, warm up on the stove, or briefly in a preheated oven. You can also decorate the rod nicely. When the bar has cooled down well, spread it with homemade apricot jam, and you can sprinkle a variety of treats like:
