Vegan chocolate almond paste slipper
What do you need:
For the slipper:
- 475 grams oatmeal flour
- a small banana, pureed
- 15 grams (tartar) baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of Greensweet Extra Sweet
- 50 grams carob powder or organic skimmed cocoa powder
- hot water
For the almond paste:
- 225 grams of almond flour
- a small banana, pureed
- 1 tablespoon of Greensweet Extra Sweet
This is how you make it:
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Line a shape for a slipper (or other desired shape) with baking paper. Stir all the ingredients for the slipper into a bowl firmly, adding hot water until the mass is smooth.
Halve the mass and pour one half into the mold, lubricate it.
Make a food by mixing the banana puree and Greensweet Extra Sweet with the almond flour. Roll out the food and put it in the middle. Model the second layer on the food layer with the other half. Moisten your hands and lubricate the top well. Bake the chicken in the middle of the oven until about 45-50 minutes, keep checking. Allow to cool.
You can decorate many goodies on the slippers. For example, make a glaze from Greensweet Icing and some cocoa powder or vanilla bourbon, and cover the shoe. Then garnish with almond shavings.
