Vegan oat donuts

This is how you make it:

Preheat the oven to 195 degrees, cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix all the ingredients for the donuts in a bowl and add some water until the mass becomes smooth. Make round balls, press them flat between the palms and place on the baking sheet. Make and hole in the middle. Bake the donuts in the middle of the oven until about 15 minutes, keep checking. Let cool /

Make a firm glaze by stirring some pumpkin juice (or other colored juice) by stirring the icing sugar. Spread the donuts and let dry. You can sprinkle the donuts with extra cinnamon with cinnamon sugar (= 100 grams Greensweet Erythritol with a tablespoon of ceylon cinnamon powder)
