Monique's mega macaroons

What do you need:

  • 150 grams of cornmeal
  • 1 tablespoon of gingerbread spices
  • 10 drops greensweet liquid stevia chocolate
  • a pinch of anise powder
  • 2 bananas, nicely practiced
  • 100 grams of seedless blue grapes, nicely practiced
  • a cup of soaked and drained goji berries
  • a cup of soaked and drained mulberries
  • 125 ml of hot water

This is how you make it:

Preheat the oven to 185 degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Stir all the ingredients for the macaroons in a bowl. Put the mountains on the baking sheet, keep space between the mountains. With the convex side of the spoon, turn an opening / hole in the middle of each mountain. Bake the macaroons in the middle of the oven until about 30 minutes, keep checking. Allow to cool.
Make a firm glaze of the icing sugar, cocoa and bits of milk. Always dip part of a macaroon into the glaze and sprinkle with the coconut grater. Allow to dry.
