Avocado pudding tartlet

SO YOU MAKE IT:

Preheat the oven to 185 degrees. Line a round shape (18-20 cm) with baking paper. Stir all the ingredients for the bottom in a bowl firmly (not in the food processor, unless you want mashed avocado and sunflower seeds) Pour into the mold and press it well. Bake the bottom in the middle of the oven until about 25-30 minutes, keep checking. Heat in a pan the milk, jelly sugar and vanilla, as soon as the mass begins to boil, pour it on the bottom. Then allow to cool very well.
