Forest fruit sauce from Healthylowcarbshappiness

 

What do you need:

350 grams of blueberries (from the freezer)

200 grams of raspberries (from the freezer)

15 grams Greensweet Jelly Crystal

30 ml of water

 

How are you:

Add the fruit together with the jelly crystal in the pan, add the water and cook on a very low heat.

If it boils, let it boil for a while, so that it can thicken a little.

Mix the fruit with hand blender and allow to cool well.

Delicious as a sauce on a dessert such as pancakes or pancakes, but also in the yoghurt is very tasty!
