Summer breakfast pie
What is this delicious! It was a short test and it is very easy to make, surprise a special someone with this and of course you can be yourself! Children also love it! Let's go baking!
What do you need for the Pie:
1 cup oatmeal
half a squeezed lemon
1/3 cup of sugar-free applesauce
3 tablespoons vanilla curd concentrate or pure vanilla powder
2 tablespoons of raw honey
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
a bit of lemon zest
3 tablespoons of grated coconut
2 drops of Greensweet liquid Stevia Lemon
This is how you make it:
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees
Use baking paper and grease it with coconut oil or baking spray
Put the Pie ingredients together and stir well together
Put the ingredients on the baking paper and make a nice round of it
After 15 minutes, the delicious Pie is ready and you can use the ingredients of the topping with some sweetness of the Greensweet liquid stevia Lemon with the extra topping the strawberries and some grated coconut.
