What do you need:

For the filling / topping:

Optional, it makes it nicer and more festive:

  • almond shavings
  • cocoa beans
  • Goji berries
  • ceylon cinnamon powder + vanilla bourbon
  • kasha
  • yellow mulberries
  • coconut grater or shavings

This is how you make it:

Preheat the oven to 185 degrees. Line one or, if necessary, two baking trays with baking paper. Mix all the ingredients for the biscuits in a bowl thoroughly.

Create small mounds on the baking sheet. Put a bowl with water ready and always dip a spoon in the water, make the cookies with the convex side of the spoon as flat and smooth as possible.

Bake the cookies in the middle of the oven until about 45 minutes, keep checking. Allow to cool.

You can leave the cookies that way, but you can also stick them out in equal circles with a cookie cutter. Mix the stevia drops through the cocoa and add small amounts of water until a firm glaze is formed. Always make a biscuit with some glaze and press another cookie on it. Spread the cookies with glaze and garnish with the above options.
